Sandi Ensures Jakarta Equestrian Park Ready For Asian Games

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno reviews Jakarta Equestrian Park Pulomas, East Jakarta, Saturday (7/14). It is to ensure venue's preparation for Asian Games.

"I declare that Jakarta Equestrian Park is now ready to be used for Asian Games. Many athletes already used it to train. We have also tried it with some athletes," he conveyed.

75 Rose Apple Trees Planted in Equestrian

In this visit, together with Agriculture Minister, Amran Sulaiman, he has a chance to ride racehorse. He took a round of horse riding arena with assistance from two equestrian athletes. This arena is covered by special sand for horse riding.

Equestrian is also equipped with training arena, riding arena, and others. This venue is integrated with surrounding environment. After Asian Games event, these facilities can be used for public activities.

After riding a horse, Sandi also symbolically planted a tree and conducted fish stocking in reservoir on the east side of Equestrian. His side promised to plant more trees to make this area greener.
